Choose the name, greeting, appearance, and quick actions. Install the script on your website and allowlist its origin. Manage configured sites from the desktop app.
A person can take over
Visitors can share how to reach them. The team is notified and the conversation appears in the shared inbox. A staff reply can continue in the widget. Response time depends on your team.
Optional insurance verification
Give the team useful context.
The website form reuses an existing non-error verification result for that contact. Otherwise it may attempt verification when the required configuration, credits and payer information are available.
Verification must be unlocked, verification credits must be available, and the platform must be configured for Stedi. Results go to the team through the inbox and email; the visitor sees an acknowledgment.
Verification does not guarantee coverage, admission, reimbursement, or payment.

Each website plan has its own AI-token pool. Seats are shared across channels: a Messenger & Instagram plan or All-In bundle sets the shared seat allowance. Standalone Web has 3 seats at every tier. Verification uses separate credits.
