All prices in USD, billed monthly to the card on file until you cancel. The three channels are independent: pick any one, any two, or all three. Each is billed as its own subscription and you only pay for the ones you choose.
Messenger & Instagram
Team inbox, your AI agent, calls, calendar, and the lead pipeline are included at every tier. The tier sets how many contacts you can work each cycle and how many teammates get a seat. Most accounts start here, but it isn't required: website chat and SMS & voice can each be bought on their own.

A contact counts once per billing cycle no matter how many messages they send. Each tier also carries a monthly AI allowance sized to its contact volume; if an account exhausts it, the AI stops replying automatically and conversations hand off to your team rather than generating a surprise bill.
Website chat and SMS & voice
Website chat and SMS & voice are available to every workspace. Add either one from Billing in the app, or tell us on the sales form and we will set it up with you.
Each of these is a standalone subscription with its own contact allowance and its own dedicated AI. Take either one, both, or neither. Neither requires the Messenger & Instagram plan.
Seats are shared across channels, and your workspace gets the seats of its highest tier: 3 on Starter, 5 on Growth, 8 on Scale, and 5, 8 or 10 on an All In bundle. That counts your Messenger & Instagram plan, website chat and SMS & voice alike, and seats never add up across channels. Seats are enforced in the app: once every seat is filled you cannot invite or turn a teammate back on until you upgrade or free one up.

Texts are counted in carrier segments and voice in whole minutes. At the carrier segment limit, incoming texts stay in the inbox and both staff texts and AI SMS replies pause. There is no staff override. At the voice minute limit, outbound calls pause; inbound calls are not blocked by that limit. SMS top ups add contacts and AI tokens, not carrier segments or voice minutes. Included numbers are local numbers you provision inside the app.
All In bundle
All three channels on one discounted subscription: Messenger & Instagram, website chat, and SMS & voice. You also get more seats than the standalone tier.

Each All In tier carries the same allowances for each channel as the matching standalone tier (Starter maps to Starter, and so on). The discount is on price and seats, not on capacity.

Verification of Benefits credits
Pay as you go, not a subscription. One credit runs a full insurance eligibility check and returns a formatted benefits summary. Credits never expire.

Verification requires your facility NPI and legal business name on file. Credit purchases are one time charges and, like all fees, are non refundable.
Mid cycle top ups
Optional one time purchases if you run through a cycle's allowance early. The price follows your tier on that channel, and an All In tier counts as its tier. Top up balances roll over until they are used and never change your monthly price.

SMS top ups add contacts and AI capacity. They do not add carrier texts, and voice minutes are not topped up either: a tier's included texts and minutes are the whole allowance for that cycle. If you consistently need more, move up a tier.
Billing terms
The same terms you accept at signup, stated plainly.

| Recurring monthly | Your subscription bills automatically each month to the payment method on file until you cancel. Each channel bills as its own separate subscription. |
| Non refundable | All fees are non refundable, including credit top ups and any setup fee already paid. Cancelling partway through a month does not produce a refund or proration. Upgrading mid cycle is different: the new tier is charged in full that day and the unused part of the old tier is credited toward your next invoice. |
| Cancel before renewal | To avoid the next charge you must cancel before your current billing period renews. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and your access continues until then. |
| Price changes | Pricing may change with notice. Continued use after a change means you accept it. |
| Payments | Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never store your full card number. |
